ESPA Salt and Oil Body Scrub Feel truly revitalised as you receive a full body scrub, leaving your body refreshed and cleansed. Carefully blended sea salts and essential oils have been combined to help remove dead skin cells and improve tonicity. As well as exfoliating, the oils will be slowly absorbed to help restore lost vitality and protect against dryness.

ESPA Back, Neck, and Shoulder Massage Using the finest pre-blended ESPA aromatherapy oils, this massage helps to relieve tension and restore lost energy. Choose from massage strokes that soothe, energise, restore, detox, offer resistance or help to ease aching muscles.

Your Spa Day allows you access to our leisure facilities. Feel free to enjoy our surroundings, work out in our state of the art gym, relax by the pool, ease tension in the spa bath, unwind in the sauna and clear your mind in the steam room.
