Booking Terms

Please be aware all treatment times stated are inclusive of consultation & preparation time, for your safety and wellbeing a consultation card must be completed on each visit, if a treatment is contra indicated you will be offered an alternative.
 
Health and Wellbeing
Please notify us on booking if you’re pregnant as we’ve designed treatments that are safe for pregnancy after the first trimester.
       
Payment Terms
To secure your booking you will be required to provide a credit or debit card details, NO deposit is required in advance, however we do operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. See cancellation policy for further details.
 
Cancellation Policy
Please be aware we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy on spa days. If you cancel your spa day within 24 hours of the day of arrival the full cost of the spa day will automatically be charged to the card details provided.

If you need to cancel your spa day due to medical reasons the 24 hour cancellation policy will be waived, however you will need to provide a doctors certificate within 5 days of the original booking date.
    
Group Bookings (5+ persons) we require 48 hours notice to cancel.
