Muscle Ease Massage (50 minutes)
An intense regenerative massage to ease stress-related knots and muscular tension, while the calming aromatherapy oils and soothing aromatic vapours relieve over-active, stressed minds.
ESPA Aroma Full Body Massage (50 minutes)
Using the finest ESPA pre-blended aromatherapy oils this massage helps to relieve tension and restore lost energy. Choose from oils to soothe, energise, restore, offer resistance or help ease aching muscles.
ESPA Aromatherapy Facial (50 minutes)
Suitable for all skin types, this deep cleansing, relaxing aromatherapy facial purifies, refines and hydrates. Specific active aromatherapy products are combined with a cup pressure massage, lymph drainage and Indian head massage to leave the mind clear and the skin radiant and moisturised.
ESPA Detox Algae Wrap (50 minutes)
This therapeutic, balancing and detoxifying treatment involves skin brushing, gentle exfoliation and application of algae rich in minerals and enzymes. It's designed to ease away tension, boost metabolism and speed up the elimination of toxins. Also includes a full scalp treatment for total relaxation.
ESPA Mud Envelopment (50 minutes)
A therapeutic treatment using marine mud rich in trace minerals which is ideal for aches and pains and superficial skin problems. Includes a full body exfoliation and a deep scalp treatment to help ease tension.
