Your Spa Day includes:

ESPA Aromatherapy Facial 
Suitable for all skins, this deep cleansing, relaxing aromatherapy facial purifies, refines and hydrates. Specific active aromatherapy products are combined with acupressure massage, lymph drainage and oriental head massage to leave the mind clear and the skin radiant and moisturised.

ESPA Firming Eye Treatment
Designed to combat the effects of premature ageing and stress to the eye area, this treatment helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines. Firming and hydrating, this may be added to the ESPA Aromatherapy Facial or the Holistic Back, Face and Scalp Treatment.

Included with your Day:  

Your Spa Day allows you access to our leisure facilities. Feel free to enjoy our surroundings, work out in our state of the art gym, relax by the pool, ease tension in the spa bath, unwind in the sauna and clear your mind in the steam room. Spa Days at Sopwell House also include a delicious three course buffet lunch in The Brasserie after your treatments.
