ESPA Stimulating Hip and Thigh Treatment 50 minutes
A specialised ESPA treatment that stimulates the circulatory and lymphatic systems, concentrating on the areas of the body prone to cellulite, fluid retention and uneven skin texture. After exfoliation with seaweed and salt rub there follows a vigorous detoxifying massage using stimulating essential oils and an application of warm marine algae. The feet reflex zones and pressure points are activated then pressure point and lymphatic drainage massage is undertaken to the eye area, gently helping to purify and cleanse the body.
ESPA Underwater Cellulite Massage 20 minutes (Available Monday to Friday only)
A private, therapeutic, multi-jet bath programmed to suit your needs. Powerful air and water jets work up the body from the soles of the feet to the base of the neck to stimulate the circulation and encourage the elimination of toxins. The therapist completes the treatment with a deep underwater massage using a handheld water jet to treat specific problem areas of the body, target cellulite and assist lymphatic drainage to create a totally personalised relaxing yet invigorating experience
Hydrotherapy Treatment 25 minutes (Available Monday to Friday only)
Whilst in a private room, massage jets are used to stimulate blood circulation, and lymphatic drainage and ease away tension.
