The Brasserie offers all-day dining in a relaxed, contemporary and vibrant setting. The sophisticated yet laid back location combines an expanded dining area that seamlessly couples with the kitchen space. Classic dishes are served alongside daily specials inspired by global cuisines. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet-style while dinner is served a la carte or off a Set Menu.

The Brasserie was nominated for 'Best Restaurant' in the St Albans Chamber of Commerce 2009 Community Business Awards and the St Albans Food & Drink Festival Awards.

Buffet lunch is priced at £19.50 per person Monday - Saturday, and £25 on Sunday for a Roast Beef Buffet.
The Set Menu is priced at £19.50 Monday - Saturday and £24.50 on a Sunday (£10 / £12.50 for children)
