If your event cannot take place or numbers are reduced due to Covid-19 restrictions, making it not feasible or possible to go ahead, then Sopwell House shall offer to move your event free of charge and without penalty, subject to availability, until 30th April 2022.

This clause is only applicable:

• If you send written notice by midday 7 days prior to the event start date.
• If you have paid in full for your event

Following “postponement” of the event the monies held by Sopwell House will be available to be used for a future event to take place before the 30th April 2022. If the deposit is not used for a future event before the 30th April 2022 then Sopwell House will be entitled to keep the full contracted amount.

Should you “postpone” your event in under 7 days prior to the event start date, then 50% of the total of the entire contractual event will be used as a cancellation charge and the remaining 50% will be placed as a deposit, as above, to be used before 30th April 2022.
