Sipping Sopwell Cocktail
One of 12 signature cocktails, the Sipping Sopwell draws inspiration from the history books, when nuns used to dip crusts of bread into the water of the holy well, and give them to travellers who were on their way to the shrine of St Albans. Swapping holy water for other spirits and bread for biscuits and we present the Sipping Sopwell for you to try and create at home.
