Brasserie Chef

We are looking for the following:
  • Chef de Partie
  • Demi Chef
The Brasserie offers an elegant open-plan dining space decorated with an abundance of natural light, courtesy of the floor-to-ceiling glass frontage. Serving an all-day menu fusing British and Mediterranean cuisine, the Brasserie is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, Monday to Sunday with a daily specials board and the all important Sunday roast offering.

What would make you the perfect fit?

  • Diploma or degree from accredited university in culinary arts or NVQ or related major
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position and environment with a firm understanding of excellence in customer service, preferably in a 5*
