We are delighted to introduce Omboo's executive chef, Derrick Chen. Derrick has over 20 years’ experience under his belt at many leading hotels and restaurants, including the Michelin-starred Hakkasan and The Four Seasons Hotel, London.

Chef Derrick and his kitchen team will be bringing their appreciation and knowledge of Asian cuisine to Omboo through an expertly refined menu. Dishes include sashimi, tataki and maki rolls. Farm and Ocean specialities feature succulent seared wagu and delicious Jumbo prawn, served with lily bulb & almond. Plant based options see warm aubergine cooked in a sweet chili soy, grilled asparagus sprinkled with a miso dust and lotus root served with asparagus and cloud ear fungus.
