Food & Drink

  • Please supply your Credit Card details to guarantee your booking
  • Groups of 8 or more are required to pay a deposit of £15 per person when making a reservation, which is non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Please notify the hotel of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests at least 24 hours prior to your booking
  • Sopwell House reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee to the given Credit Card details for any bookings cancelled or changed within this 24 hour notice period

Spa

Please be aware that all treatment times stated are inclusive of consultation & preparation time. For your safety and wellbeing a consultation card must be completed on each visit, if a treatment is unavailable you will be offered an alternative. Please note that all Spa Days visitors and hotel guests may use the spa facilities including indoor pool, original relaxation areas, sauna and steam room with the exception of wedding guests.

Health and Wellbeing
Please notify us on booking if you are pregnant as we have designed treatments that are safe for pregnancy after the first trimester.

Payment Terms
To secure your booking you will be required to provide a credit or debit card details – NO deposit is required in advance, however we do operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. See cancellation policy for further details.

Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy on spa days and a 7 day cancellation policy on spa breaks. If you cancel your spa day within 48 hours of the day of arrival the full cost of the spa day will automatically be charged to the card details provided. If you cancel your spa break within 7 days of arrival the full cost will automatically be charged to the card details provided.

Group Bookings (5+ persons) we require 24 hours notice to cancel.

Liabilities & Losses
Please be advised that we do not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings when using our facilities
