Following the latest announcement from the Government on Monday 4th January 2021, we are sad to announce that we are now closed to the general public. Our understanding is that this will next be reviewed mid February.
We still have a small team available to answer queries or to discuss immediate bookings. In line with government guidelines, we are able to support the filming industry, Elite athletes, those that need accommodation for specific work purposes and for some training and meetings requirements.
Our team are available on 01727 750 400 to answer any queries from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Please note our phones are not manned at the weekends. For general enquiries please e-mail the hotel on email@example.com or visit our Frequently Asked Questions page.
If you have a booking in the coming weeks, our reservations team will be in touch as soon as they can to arrange a refund or if you wish, transfer your reservation to another date.
We hope this national lockdown is short lived and we are able to welcome guests back to the hotel in early spring.
